Pain and periapical lesion

Pain and periapical lesion in 16, RCT completed in single setting. Glide path prepared with proglider from Dentsply Sirona Apical preparation done with Protaper Gold F2 and sealed with Ceraseal from Meta Biomed. Apical healing observed within three months.
